With this new attained power, Charlotte cannot eat anyones head now... and everything will change.. while GOku and Vegeta are shocked by this revelation, same goes for Kyubey and Madoka while he wear's the scouter to check her power level.... Anywho her new attack is... Tio Kamehameha maybe?XD
